Course Generation Pipeline

A multi-stage content pipeline (ingest, analyze, study-pack, narrate, QA, build) driven by a Python CLI orchestrator, bzctl, that generates self-contained, portable training courses.

The problem

Teams have piles of raw docs, runbooks and references but lack a structured, teachable course with chapters, lessons, quizzes and labs. Building one is slow manual work that few people on a team have time for.

What I built

  • Six stages: ingest, analyze, study-pack, narrate, QA, build.
  • Python CLI orchestrator (bzctl) with incremental-update and stage-only debug modes.
  • Generated courses are self-contained and portable.
  • Trainees start a finished course with a single docker compose up.
